About Us

Inspired by a Pillsbury Bake-Off Cookbook while at the grocery store with her mother, Amy’s earliest baking memories are of sitting on the counter helping her mom make cookies and brownies.

Years later, as a wife and mother of three, Amy has whipped up cookies for just about everyone she knows, from guests at supper clubs, bible studies, and PTA meetings. Soon her cookies’ popularity around town became so great that she started keeping frozen cookie dough balls in the freezer; just to have on hand to entertain, share, or indulge. Always having “frozen dough to go” meant that friends and family were never more than 10 minutes away from cookie heaven.
